I want to thank you very much for the prompt shipping and supplying me with a tracking number, getting my tallit before this shabbat (more particularly before Sundays Kol Nidre) was of the utmost importance and thanks to your wonderful website I will have it (On Rosh Hashanah I walked into my new Temple to find out that, not only was I only one of ten people wearing a Tallit... but I was the only one wearing the large traditional style one... sticking out like that is something I wish not to repeat which is why I order the shawl style from your website). Just recently I had ordered through a different site and it literally took a month for them to even process my order. Worse, when I called to ask if it had been shipped he lied to me and said it had (My ups infonotice revealed it hadn't been shipped until 7 hours after my phone call)!

We recently ordered a tallis for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in October. We researched many web sites and catalogues before finding the "right one".
Our daughter is very petite and it was hard finding a tallis that was smaller than the adult ones. Fortunately, your company offered just what we were looking for.
